On Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 3-10pm, in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, the campus grounds of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay will host ¡Estamos Aqui! – an outdoor Festival Hispano / Hispanic Arts and Culture Festival featuring live music, food, art and local artists representing Hispanic communities in and around Green Bay. This is a family friendly, all-inclusive event highlighting the Hispanic communities living, creating and thriving in the Greater Green Bay Area. ¡Estamos Aqui! is free to attend, open to the public and everyone is welcome. What to expect at ¡Estamos Aqui! Festival Hispano / Hispanic Arts and Culture Festival:

Volunteer Roles Available:
- Set up: with the assignment map, guide the sponsors or exhibitionists on the location of their table and assignment to their space, respectively.
- Food carts: Guide the people who are arriving and offer the variety of vendors. Keep the site close to the food clean for the next client-family. Pick up and throw away garbage.
- Market: Guide the people who are arriving and let them know about the merchandise.
- Beer garden (Over 18 years old): Guide people who are arriving and let them know about selling beer. Help maintain lines for the purchase of beer.
- Car Exhibition:Guide people arriving and inform them about the event and activities—registration time and trophies delivery time.
- Clean up: helps to disassemble tables and observe that the place is clean.
Shifts are available from 2-6pm and 6-10pm. Upon arrival of the event, volunteers should check-in at the information booth to get their T-shirt and assignment.
