Media Opportunity

As a media volunteer with Acts 1:8 Ministry, you will strengthen relationships with national media outlets to grow awareness and raise support to further Acts 1:8 Ministry mission.  Our mission is Training Christians through kindness.

Your responsibilities will be to contact by email national Christian radio stations to inform them about Acts 1:8 Ministry, our mission, and our free outreach resources in order to:

    * Send the station our Public Service Announcement (PSA) to play on-air and/or

    * Schedule an interview for our Ministry Coordinator.

    * Then do follow up calls with those Radio stations. (This is the step we are looking for a volunteer to work            on. So you must be comfortable with making calls & reading off a script.)

We are seeking volunteers that have passion for our mission and if you have communication and/or public relations experience would be wonderful.

The following skills would be useful:

    * Computer (email), Google Sheets, and phone skills.

    * Outgoing and cheerful disposition.

    * Strong interpersonal skills.

    * Problem solving skills.

    * Time Management and organizational skills.

This is a virtual part-time, ongoing opportunity with flexible working hours. This volunteer opportunity is based at the Acts 1:8 Ministry home office in Green Bay or can be done right in your home..
