Hosting the World Refugee Day event is a collective effort, and your support as a volunteer is indispensable. We're reaching out to community members like you to join us in various roles for this year's event. Please use this form to indicate roles that you are able to fill - note the times for your choices and feel free to signup for more than one time slot. Your contribution will make a significant impact, and we truly appreciate your willingness to be part of our World Refugee Day Celebration. Volunteer Roles:
- Event Set Up - This will consist of preparing the park for the event - unpacking items and getting tents set up
- Community Safety - Responsible for supporting our security team in ensuring our event remains safe, accessible, and welcoming.
- Floater - This will consist of walking the park and helping where needed.
- Cleanliness Volunteer - Responsible for walking through the park and picking up garbage as needed. Putting new garbage bags/emptying old ones. Note: Gloves and trash grabbers will be provided.
- Photography Volunteer - Responsible for taking action photos and uploading them to a shared drive post event.*Will need to bring your own camera or smart phone for picture.*
- Event Teardown - This will consist of cleaning up the park, helping to pack up items, takedown of tents, balloons, signage, etc...
- Donation - I am unable to volunteer this year but would like to make a financial contribution to the event.

Time: 12pm- 4:00 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of this event, we will have to do background checks on all interested individuals. If anything concerning should arise we are committed to equity and will follow up with you individually.
