Make-A- Wish® Wisconsin needs volunteers to support our Gourmet Wishes event. The event takes place on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay. It is a wonderful evening filled with delicious food, desserts, wines, martinis and specialty beers! There will also be an impressive auction, inspiring program featuring wish children & much more!
We need volunteers to assist with setting up the grand ballroom the day before our event. Our lighting company, Lighthouse Productions, needs help to bring in their equipment the day prior to the event and also needs help to bring the equipment back out to their trucks after the event is over, the night of the event. This is not hard or heavy work; it’s just pushing equipment on carts down a very long hallway. If there is extra time, we may also have you assist with tablecloths, table runners and chair covers.
