Who We Are

CP, located in Green Bay, WI, is a non-profit organization, offering services and programming for physical, cognitive, developmental and sensory conditions. The organization provides services in four core areas: Adult Day Services, Therapy Services (speech, occupational and physical therapy), the CP Aquatic Center and our inclusive childcare program.

CP’s goal is to help people live the lives they want to live. Whether it’s taking that first independent step, learning important life skills or finding a voice – CP has been there to help people achieve things they didn’t know they could and go beyond what they thought possible.

CP has been a proud part of Northeast Wisconsin communities for more than 65 years, and reaches more than 2,100 infants, children and adults throughout the area every year at its locations in Green Bay, Fox Cities and on the Lakeshore.

What We Do

CP provides services for the people of Northeast Wisconsin to promote community involvement, inclusion, and to enhance the quality of life of persons affected by temporary or permanent physical, sensory, and/or speech needs or conditions.
