Phuture Phoenix

Phuture Phoenix provides an opportunity for students from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds to believe post-secondary education is important, attainable and available. Hosting campus visits for 5th graders from around the region is one way that we work toward this mission.

Phuture Phoenix is part of the Education department at UWGB and offers students from all majors the opportunity to serve as Role Model guides for 5th graders during campus visits. This is a great resume building experience that allows you to practice communication and leadership skills and demonstrate community engagement. It's a lot of fun and everyone gets a free t-shirt! Plus, if you help for both days in the semester (less than 10 hours), you can earn a free credit!
