We are a community action agency working to break the cycle of poverty. The chief function of a Community Action Agency is to serve the best interests of the individuals facing economic challenges.  

Newcap's mission for over 50 years has been to move people from poverty to opportunities and economic security, while enhancing community development. Newcap strives to meet this mission by offering housing support, community health services, transportation programs, food pantries, financial guidance, coaching, case management and other forms of assistance.
