Firefly Acres Horse Farm is in need of talented individuals that understand the process of grant writing. There are many grants we wish to apply for, but need someone who has the time and talent to finding them and applying for them. We do have one grant writer currently, but help is definitely needed.

We would like to hold monthly booyah sales to raise money for the care of our horses. Since we are a volunteer run, non-profit rescue group, this is a strong need. We are looking for a person or group of people willing to coordinate monthly booyah sales. This includes shopping for the ingredients, making the booyah, and selling it. It is not expected you be the only participant; just the lead. If you are someone who enjoys cooking, working with others, and helping animals in need, we would love to have you join our team.

Pamper our rescued horses and learn the how to’s of grooming, horsemanship and connecting with these magnificent animals. Text our Equine Specialist, Lisa Pelky at 920-609-5637 to set up a time to come to the Farm. This activity is by appointment only.
