Naomi Wilson is a 33 year old dedicated wife and mother of 2, Nolan (8) and Eden (5). In July, she was injured
working at Ariens Company when a press malfunctioned, coming down onto her hand. Her mother was the
first person to respond to the accident, as she also works at Ariens. She was rushed to Theda Clarke in Neenah
where she stayed for about a week, having a number of surgeries, losing about 80% of her right hand. Overall,
she has had 8 surgeries, her last being a skin graft on October 28th, her birthday.
Naomi is eager to get back to working full time with a prosthetic and hopefully continue her schooling to
become a Medical Assistant. She is her children’s number one fan, especially when it comes to wrestling
season and baseball. Although Workman’s Compensation is covering medical bills, there are other expenses
along the way, especially with a family and time off work for her husband, Matt, to be with Naomi during
surgeries and hospital stays. They are in need of your support to help with living expenses.
Her celebration of support is
Saturday Feb 15th from 4pm-9pm at Capital Centre-Appleton and we are in need of volunteers.
