Needed: Historian, Detective, Research Nerd

The Red Cross is looking for an individual to dive into our archives and tell the story of Red Cross in our area. In Wisconsin, the Red Cross was officially established in Wisconsin in 1916. The local chapter serving Allouez and Green Bay grew quickly during World War I. Using this as the starting point, develop the story of the Red Cross.
