We’d love you to join our team and spend several hours per month volunteering with us as a leader to help guide our staff, board, and volunteers in developing a plan and materials. Involved in the processes: Recruitment, Orientation, Board Processes, Board Expectations

Personnel

You will be involved with: Hiring, Recommend wages, raises, and perks (compensation), Developing Job Descriptions, Hold regular reviews of paid staff, Managing expectations

Membership

Recruitment, Churches, Individuals, Businesses, Develop materials, Measure progress of engagement and volunteerism

Strategic Planning

Process with operations and programming, Assess and incorporate WISDOM initiatives, Measure progress

Fund Development

Research and locate appropriate funding sources, Write grants

Financial

Create budgets that connect to the established strategies/goals, Make financial projections, Report to others, Look at long-term sustainability and possibility of endowments, Manage audits and financial reports
