Volunteer: Giraffe AmbassadorsThe NEW Zoo is looking for volunteers who are interested in supervising the Giraffe Feeding Experience! The Feeding Experience is a daily opportunity for volunteers to be involved in, to support the NEW Zoo. You set your own schedule after training by signing up for open shifts whenever you would like to supervise a feeding sessions. Sessions are typically 2. 5 hours long, with some variation seasonally. It’s a great opportunity for those who enjoy working with people – as we’ll teach you how to interact with our visitors and help them make amazing connections with our lovable giraffes, Nigel, Eddie, and Zuri! Of course, you’ll also get to build some pretty special relationships with the giraffes themselves. Scheduling is flexible.
