Description

Join us from the comfort of your home to get connected with many of Brown County’s non-profits. We’ll be providing a virtual way for you to learn about each participating organization, their in-person and/or remote volunteer needs, and more!
 
Here is what to expect throughout the week:
- Keynote presentation by best-selling author and entrepreneur Alonzo Kelly of Kelly Leadership Group LLC
- Information about each participating organization, including their current in-person and/or remote volunteer needs
- Volunteer information sessions hosted by some of the participating organizations (done via Zoom)
- The opportunity to help the Volunteer Center gift $1,000 to a participating organization
- And more!

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION SESSIONS (VIA ZOOM):
The goal in creating volunteer information sessions is to provide Volunteer Expo attendees the opportunity to be more engaged with the organizations. Attendees will be encouraged to engage in conversation with the host/moderator and use the chat feature to ask questions. Zoom sessions will be held starting Monday, September 14.
 
Monday, September 14:
11 AM: Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity
2 PM: Retired/Senior Volunteer Program & Reading Coaches for Kids (Volunteer Center programs)
 
Tuesday, September 15:
9 AM: Acts 1:8 Ministry
12 PM: Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary
3 PM: Unity Hospice Resale Shoppe
 
Wednesday, September 16:
11 AM: Brown County Volunteer Services
2 PM: Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity ReStore
5 PM: Sexual Assault Center
 
Thursday, September 17:
9 AM: St. John the Evangelist Homeless Shelter
12 PM: Freedom House Ministries
 
Friday, September 18:
11 AM: ADRC of Brown County
 
The information on how to join the sessions will be posted on Saturday, September 12.
