Come help rebuild the Olde North Community Garden’s raised garden beds, along with Skaleski Construction! All community members are invited to volunteer Saturday, November 10, from 8am-4pm at 1004 N Irwin Ave. Many volunteers are needed! Volunteers will replace old raised garden beds so that gardeners can continue to have a space to grow next growing season. Big thanks go to the Cornerstone Foundation of Northeastern Wisconsin, Inc. and Cellcom for providing funding to make this project possible, and to Skaleski Construction for volunteering its time.
Volunteers are asked to bring work gloves, close-toed shoes, clothes that can get dirty, water, a lunch, and shovels and battery-powered drills if able. No experience necessary, though volunteers will need to be able to lift and move materials.
