House of Hope empowers youth experiencing homelessness by providing a path to stability through emergency shelter and ongoing supportive services. House of Hope envisions a future where every youth has a home.
What We Do
House of Hope serves young people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. Our programs are opening doors for the most vulnerable members of our community.
- Emergency Shelter: Housing first shelter and supportive services for youth ages 11-24 and young parents with children.
- Housing Stability: Case management, housing, and financial assistance for youth and families with children.
- Sustaining Hope: Ongoing supportive resources to ensure basic needs are met and stable housing is maintained.
- The Drop-In: Safe space and supportive services for youth ages 12-24 experiencing housing instability.
- Community Outreach: Outreach to connect people experiencing homelessness with resources.
