Forward Service Corporation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people find and keep high-paying careers. We have been honored to serve communities throughout Wisconsin for over 40 years. Our award-winning approach to providing customized employment and education services has made us a leader in human services. Every person has unique needs and a distinctive vision for their future. We empower people’s dreams by setting goals, connecting people to resources, and making dreams a reality. Forward Service Corporation has offices and provides services in over 50 counties throughout Wisconsin. We provide employment programs like Wisconsin Works (W-2) and FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET), funded by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, and other grants from the state. For young people, we have programs to prepare you for college in Upward Bound and Jobs for America’s Graduates – Wisconsin. They help students graduate from high school and plan for their future with additional training and education on the way to that great career. We also have specialized programs like WETAP for transportation, Job Access Loan for things like uniforms, and Emergency Assistance for help with housing, evictions, and utility shut-off notices.
