Junior Achievement (JA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing young people for success. Through hands-on programs for K–12 students, we focus on career readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy—helping students connect classroom learning with real-world opportunities.

At JA, we believe in what’s possible. Every day, we empower students to dream big, plan for their futures, and make smart choices. With over 100 local areas nationwide, JA is the largest organization of its kind, helping young people own their economic success.

HOW IT WORKS:

2. Pick a Schedule – Coordinate with our team and educators to find the best fit.
3. Attend Training – Get prepared with a short, helpful New Volunteer Training session.
4. Make an Impact – Share your story and inspire students to dream big!

VOLUNTEER YOUR WAY

• Location: Serve in schools near your home or work.
• Time Commitment: 30-45 minutes, once a week for 5-7 weeks depending on the grade level. We also have one-time opportunities as well...ask for more information!
• Grade Level: Pick the age group you’re most excited to work with.
• Delivery Style: Hands-on or digital learning options—your choice!
