Who We Are

The mission of the Journey to Adult Success (JAS ) program is to ensure that at risk youth and youth transitioning from foster care - primarily those between the ages of 18-25 make successful transitions from adolescence to adulthood. We do this by partnering with these young adults and promoting their engagement to achieve positive outcomes in education, employment, housing and finances. To achieve this goal we connect with already existing services in the community and collaborate with public and private resources to provide a custom approach for each participant.

What We Do

At Journey to Adult Success we provide coaching and support to youth who have aged out of foster care, have been touched by foster care and other high risk youth. We have a 15 bed residence for young adults to reside and participate in our programming. We coach and support goals around jobs, higher education , financial education and independent living skills.
