Who We Are

The mission of Compassus Hospice is to honor life and offer hope to individuals facing a life-limiting illness by supporting them with compassion, integrity and excellence. The vision of Compassus Hospice is to transform lives as the most valued partner for person-centered care delivered where people live.

What We Do

The Compassus Hospice promise is to provide dignity to our patients and families. Hospice care is an aggressive approach to pain and symptom control as well as addressing the emotional and spiritual needs of the dying. Hospice neither hastens nor postpones death. Compassus Hospice seeks to enable patients to carry on an alert, pain-free life and manage other symptoms so their last days may be spent with dignity and quality of life. If you are compassionate, caring, and have a calling to help others, becoming a hospice volunteer might be the perfect opportunity for you. Our volunteers give their time, talent and hearts generously and unselfishly - yet commonly feel that they receive more than they give. Volunteers may choose the area in which they prefer to function and the hours they are willing to donate. We serve Brown, Calumet, Door, Kewaunee, Marinette (southern portion), Menominee, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, Waupaca Counties.
